INGREDIENTS (4 persones):<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/div>\n
– 1 Kg de vedella a “tacos”<\/div>\n
– bolets a gust<\/div>\n
– 1 ceba mitjana<\/div>\n
– 1 tomata<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Picada<\/div>\n
– un grapat d’ametlles torrades<\/div>\n
– 2 grans d’all fregits<\/div>\n
– 1 llesca de pa fregit<\/div>\n

<\/strong><\/div>\n
PREPARACI\u00d3:<\/strong><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n

1. Sofregiu la carn i els bolets per separat i reserveu-ho.
2. Amb el mateix oli sofregiu la ceba i quan estigui daurada afegiu la tomata.
3. Quan la tomata sigui cuita afegiu-hi la carn i cobriu-ho d’aigua.
4. Deixeu-ho coure i despr\u00e9s addicioneu els bolets i una culleradeta de farina. Remeneu-ho una mica.
